No. Cohesive does not diagnose you or classify your phone use as good or bad. It starts with the occasion you describe and leaves the meaning to you. You can decide there is nothing you want to keep.

You do not need to write a daily entry or arrive knowing what to ask yourself. Start with an ordinary moment and, if you choose, explore it through questions grounded in what you share. Your map holds only the findings you explicitly choose to keep. The catch and conversation are also stored to support later exploration; your map is not the whole record.

Recording a moment is a short first step. Exploring it can take several questions, and you can leave whenever you choose. There is no fixed session length or promised deadline for finding direction. Understanding can develop as you return to different moments.

If you want access to an app restricted, a blocker addresses that request directly. Cohesive offers a different approach: exploring the moments you record to help you discover what matters to you and what you want your time to be for. It does not block apps or promise a reduction in screen time.

Yes. Export and deletion both work whether or not you've paid, and an export you already downloaded stays yours after the account is gone. You keep the map. You delete the app.

Your map holds the exact words you explicitly choose to keep about what matters to you and where you want your time to go. Cohesive can suggest a finding for you to review; you can edit it, write your own or keep nothing. Tapping a suggestion only fills the editor. It reaches your map when you choose Keep. The map can change as your understanding develops, and you can read, edit and export it without a paid plan.

What you write can leave your phone for Cohesive's servers and outside model providers, but only when that is what it takes to produce the result you asked for. A person may access records only for support you requested, a security or abuse investigation, or a legal duty. Records are never sold, used for advertising, used to train public models, optimised for engagement, or read routinely. The privacy policy sets out retention, rights, export, and deletion.
