Get help
- [email protected] — anything at all: a question about how Cohesive works, feedback, press.
- [email protected] — data requests, export, deletion, anything about privacy.
Both are read by a person — there is no ticket system and no bot. Replies come in English or Spanish, usually within a few working days. There are no published service hours, because promising 24/7 coverage for a one-person product would be a lie; if something is broken, saying so still gets it looked at.
Common things
- Delete my account — see account deletion. Export and deletion both work whether or not you have paid.
- Change my privacy choice — use Privacy choices in the footer. Details on the cookie policy.
- What happens to my data — the privacy policy says what is stored and for how long.
- Which app is this — Cohesive is on the App Store and Google Play. Your first finding is free, then a plan you choose yourself.
- Accessibility barrier — see accessibility. If something on this site is blocking you, say so and it gets looked at.
What to include
For a problem with the site: the page, what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and your browser and operating system. A screenshot usually saves an exchange.
For the app, add the app version, your device, and its OS version.
Never send a password, an authentication code, a full payment-card number, a CVV, a private key, or anyone else’s personal data. Nobody at Cohesive will ask you for any of them, and none are needed to help you. If you are ever asked for one in a message claiming to be from Cohesive, it is not from us — forward it to [email protected].
Security issues
A suspected vulnerability should go through the security process rather than ordinary support: email [email protected] with “security” in the subject. Those reports are acknowledged within 3 working days.
What this is not
Cohesive support cannot help with a medical, psychological, or mental-health question, and Cohesive is not a crisis service. If you are in danger or in crisis, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line — in Spain, 024 is the free suicide-prevention line, and 112 is the emergency number across the EU.
