Nothing is for sale yet
The application is not released. Cohesive currently takes no payments of any kind, there is no subscription to cancel, and joining the waitlist costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Everything below describes what will apply when purchasing opens, so you can read it before you are ever asked for money.
The intended model
Seven days of full access, then an explicit choice: a single payment of €92.99, or €14.99 a month. There is no annual plan. Nothing is charged unless you actively choose to buy — the trial does not silently convert into a subscription, and a lapsed trial simply stops giving you access.
Prices, taxes, and availability may differ by country, and the final price including tax is always shown before you confirm.
Where you bought it decides who refunds it
If you buy through the Apple App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google is the merchant, holds the payment, and decides refunds under its own rules. Cohesive cannot issue or overturn a store refund, and saying otherwise would be misleading:
- Apple — request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google Play — request a refund in Play Store order history, or via Google Play support.
If you buy directly from Cohesive, the request comes to us and the section below applies.
Direct purchases and your statutory rights
As a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a distance contract. Because a subscription or a one-time purchase gives you immediate access to digital content, you will be asked to acknowledge at checkout that starting to use it may end that right — which is what the law requires us to tell you, not a trick to remove it.
Beyond that, the practical position for a direct purchase is simple: if you bought Cohesive and it is not what you expected, write within 14 days and you get your money back. You do not need to prove a fault or explain yourself. This is offered on top of your statutory rights, never instead of them, and nothing here limits your rights where the product is faulty or not as described.
Cancellation
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no partial-period refund is given for time you chose not to use — but you are never billed again.
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription, because those are held by the store rather than by Cohesive. Cancel in the store first, or you will keep being billed for something you can no longer sign in to. Steps are on the account deletion page.
Export and real deletion work whether or not you are a paying subscriber, and are never held back to discourage you from cancelling.
Contact
Billing questions go to [email protected]. Include the store you bought from, the approximate date, and the order or transaction reference from your receipt.
Never send a full card number, a CVV, a password, or an authentication code. Nobody at Cohesive will ask you for any of them, and none of them are needed to look into a refund.
